What gets deleted
- Cloud save: your game progress document stored in our backend (Google Cloud Firestore), keyed to your account identifier.
- Account / sign-in identity: the authentication account used to address your save, whether anonymous or linked to Google Play Games.
- Local save: the copy on your device (removed when you delete in-app, or by uninstalling the app).
DeepForge Idle does not collect your name, email address, or contact list. Diagnostics (crash logs) and advertising identifiers processed by Google are governed by Google's own retention policies; see our Privacy Policy.
Option 1: Delete in-app (recommended, immediate)
- Open DeepForge Idle.
- Tap the Settings (gear) button.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your cloud save and account are deleted and local progress is erased.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, request deletion here and we'll remove any cloud save tied to your account. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
The button opens your email app with the request pre-filled. If it doesn't, email [email protected] directly with the subject “DeepForge Idle account deletion request”.
