DeepForge Idle Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Android game
DeepForge Idle (com.deepforge.deepforge_idle), the
"App", published by amIpicky ("we", "us"). By downloading or
using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use
the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- modify, cheat, exploit, or tamper with the App or its saved data in a way that disrupts the intended experience or Google Play Games Services;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Your account and saved data
The App works offline without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games for cloud saves, you are responsible for your Google account and for keeping it secure. How we handle saved data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by device failure, uninstalling the App, deleting your saved data, or changes to third-party services such as Google Play Games.
4. Ads, purchases, and virtual items
Any advertising in the App is completely optional and never forced. You choose whether to view it, for example a rewarded video served by Google AdMob. The App may also offer optional in-app purchases of in-game currency, processed by Google Play Billing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any in-game currencies, items, or progression exist solely within the App, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game. No purchase yields a randomized or chance-based reward.
5. Online features
Some features of the App rely on our servers or our providers' servers. For those features:
- An internet connection is required, and some may require signing in with Google Play Games. Core gameplay remains playable offline.
- Online features may start, change, pause, or end at any time, and may differ by region, device, or app version. Any feature-specific rules or rewards presented in-app form part of these Terms while that feature is available.
- Fair play matters: exploiting bugs, tampering with saved data or network traffic, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage in online features may result in removal of rewards or suspension of access to those features.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We are not obligated to provide any particular update or to keep the App available indefinitely.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, artwork, audio, and design, is owned by amIpicky and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, amIpicky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
